Review: Came in for an inspection because my car wasn’t moving right away after disengaging brakes and Pep Boys said it was the transmission which they can’t work on. The inspection was quick, covered the surface level problems very in depth (cracking struts etc), and they printed out a great report + had a video. They did the typical make everything a crisis when there is time to fix it (not dinking them on that, some people like to replace things well before they break) and overpricing repairs (not dinking them on this either since the prices matched other locations in the area so if you aren’t familiar with repairing cars yourself, they’re a decent option). The staff were also very professional and kind.

Review: I take my car nowhere but here. The service is 1st class professional. Angie in the Body/Repair shop is the absolute best. It took me less than 5mins to check my car in and in less than 2hrs my service was completed, video of the service provided, received a call and text informing me of my car status, and they honored a coupon that I has with no questions asked.

Review: We live in White Plains but received better service in Marlow Hgts. Malcom has assisted us with service last few times. We receive updates with text and at the end a video of the inspection, not sure if it’s standard. Customer service is still important to me and I appreciate the staff there.

Review: Had my 2020 Nissan serviced here for four years. I only go here for the location. After having your car serviced, things go down hill from there. The smallest things can be a horrible thing. Service mechanics leaving your car windows dirty. No one asked them to wash windows after an oil change. Leaving and tracking motor oil on the car interior mats never cleaning it off. Call to complain. Get the typical apologies. But who’s going to clean the motor oil off the interior mats? I think this may be my last time getting vehicle service here.
