Review: I’ve bought many cars and several BMW’s and after getting sick and tired of spending money on the repairs of my 7 series AGAIN, I’ve decided to look for a Lexus. I googled any nearby Lexus and Passport Toyota had several. Since Passport BMW already had my car in the shop and it only made sense for me to look into what options they had. Joey the service manager has always looked out for me at BMW, so he recommended that I speak with Marco. Marco redirected me Margie Himmelstein. Margie was the best salesperson I’ve met in a while. She was consistently patient with me and very attentive. She answered EVERY phone call I made to her (which were several, asking questions and updates). She even helped me with a situation outside of the car buying process. I really appreciate that she went the extra mile for me. Chris the finance guy was also awesome. I saw he won Employee of the Month last September. I see why. He was very good also. If you’re looking for a Toyota or any car on Passport Toyota website I STRONGLY recommend asking for Margie Himmelstein and also Chris Morris. They work well together as a team and they make the entire car buying experience pleasant, relaxing and stress free. I really appreciate them both for going above and beyond with their time and effort. Thank you Margie and Chris.
