Review: I get my oil changed here and never had a problem until today. I walked in on Friday to inquire about my Emissions notice. I was asked to come back being as though it was after 1pm in the afternoon?? Went back on Saturday 3/30/24 at 8am, was informed he was short staffed and if I could come back on Tuesday, today 4/2/24. Walked in at 8am, informed tall gentleman that’s always at the desk, why I’m here, showed him the codes per my own diagnostic. I had questions of course. “WHAT WOMAN IS GOING TO GIVE YOU THE KEY TO HER TRUCK AND JUST WALK OUT WITHOUT CLARIFICATION OF WHAT IS NEEDED FOR THE REPAIR”? The little ugly one with the orange hair chose to get in my conversation with the tall guy, yelling and screaming “we have to do diagnostic”. Sir your diagnostic is going to be the same diagnostic as mine and VEIP, you none English speaking person. You will not work me for $105. Very disrespectful, unprofessional at 8 in the morning. Told me he is not working on my vehicle, why because I have questions, well “F” you. He even asked me if I was a mechanic. So I asked orange hair would he just drop off his vehicle without getting clarification of what is about to happen. See a woman and thinks she “GREEN” to the fact. I know my vehicle and you will not get money out of me for no reason. Be careful ladies, they will try their hand. If you have a male in your life, make sure you take him with you or you will be paying for something you DO NOT need. I would recommend no one goes to this repair shop. If you cannot respect me as a paying customer, you will get no more money out of me. I can honestly change my own oil. FACTS.
