Review: DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR FROM HERE I brought a 2020 Nissan altima in May 2024 and had to get it told to them in July 2024 because my gas pedal was hitting the floor. Here comes a month later now my car won’t drive I took it back to Frank he got another workshop to fix it but when I came to get it somebody cracked my windshield at Frank shop. Frank tried to get Randall to lie and say that I brought the car in like that but Randall said no it happened there, I had 5 witnesses to say my windshield wasn’t cracked when I brought it in. Frank like to talk to you like your dumb until you bring a man around now he knows what to say. Here now 2 days after I got my car out the shop, I’m driving and my car starts slowing down and now it won’t drive and I have to wait until Monday to get it towed because everyone is gone home. My car says Engine Malfunction Power Reduced Service now and this is the 3rd time it said that and Frank said it’s not my transmission or engine.This is unacceptable. Please look into a real dealership! Their RUDE & NASTY when you call them out About selling you a lemon car

Review: Run away! Don’t walk just run! This shady dealership sells vehicles straight from auctions and they don’t bother to ensure that the vehicles pass MD inspections. It was raining outside Wednesday and it was raining INSIDE the piece of garbage vehicle they sold me! Contract cancelled!😡 They were all smiles and played nice when they were making the sale and rude and nasty when I returned that pile of junk! Not even a hint of an apology!😡UPDATE: FYI It’s called a STOP PAYMENT Ultimate Auto! Of course I hightailed it to my bank to stop the payment of the deposit I put down on that lemon 🍋 you sold me😇 Don’t act all salty because my bank came after you on my behalf because of your shadyness!
