Review: Tom Kody (the owner) should read my review.Waldorf Honda is not to be trusted. I have been a loyal customer for nearly 2 years. From the beginning, it was evident money is all they care about. They were charging scam mark ups all because they could. When I got my pilot, Stormy had some confusion with numbers which made me have to come back in and sign new paperwork.Originally my payment was going to increase, but only because I put up a big stink did they lower the price of the pilot (which was already marked up by the way) to make it work. They didn’t do it just because.I also feel they did it because they already sold my trade which shouldn’t have happened. Then, it took nearly a month to get the car actually financed with Honda.I had to call multiple times and finally spoke to the GM, Dan, who is completely useless. He defended his staff when they lied saying they didn’t know why it was taking a while to get financed. Lexa dodged my calls multiple times.I know why this happened – Honda didn’t wanna finance the amount they sent in for and instead of being honest and saying it may not work out, they lied. This alone put a bad taste in my mouth.I started having various issues with the pilot. Premature rotor wear, transmission light, sensor issues when putting into park just to name a few. They had no regard for me being left without a car when it needed diagnostics. They said they did not have a loaner.Ok well figure it out. This car was way too expensive to be in the shop as much as it was.I also had issues with the technicians scratching up my radio and that’s the only reason they agreed to resurface my rotors (which didn’t even help). You can see in another review they damaged someone’s car and didn’t take any accountability.John Quilin is the only one there who holds himself professionally. He helped me as much as he could, however that alone is not enough to save me from never dealing with this place again.I tried to trade the pilot for a CR-V. I went in and when I saw the numbers it was as much as the pilot. So I decided to shop around and was able to get 7k off of what Waldorf Honda was proposing at another Honda. This was between getting a higher trade in and lower cost of the car. When I confronted Stormy, she said there was no way, basically said don’t want to lose your business but the vibe I got was “I don’t care” and did not want to hear anymore. I was willing to send the deal over but decided not to because at the end of the day, they do not value client loyalty. The last straw for me is the latest interaction. My pilot warranty took 8 weeks to get back to me instead of the 4-6 weeks promised and in writing. I had to come up there twice (once to ask about it and the second time to get the check) and made multiple phone calls. They said it would be mailed but ended up at the dealership. The last call was with Dan again. I was trying to get the amount of the check. I told him the accounting department never answers and his excuse was that there were “short staffed”. I’m sorry but this is an unacceptable response. Never even apologized. Everywhere is short staffed. At minimum they should return calls which they don’t. The office manager Toni also does not respond to emails. He also basically made it seem like 2 extra weeks is nothing. Well it is when you’re playing with my money. You’re fast to take it, that’s for sure. I did get my check, but it didn’t come without me having to stay on them. It’s sad.Dan is horrible at talking to customers. The word on the street is he’s friends with Tom Kody and that’s how he is the GM.I don’t think my review will make any difference but figured since I’ve bought from Tom Kody’s dealerships 3 times (once at Chevy and twice at Honda) he would want to hear honest feedback. If not, no sweat off my back, but I will never set foot in his dealerships again.

Review: I learned a valuable lesson. Never take your car to a dealership for repairs. The service mechanic said I had to get a new compressor and kit for my A/C $3,000 worth of work. I went to Blue Ribbon, and all I needed was a fuse and relay and refrigerant.

Review: Took my car here because I had a leak coming from the trunk. Book the appointment a week in advance and told them it was for a water leak. Drove all the way from VA and make it to the appointment only to be told they no longer handle water leaks. On top of that when I spoke with the schedulers they told me that the appointment was made for an oil change… not a water leak. When confronted about this incompetence Sherry decided to hang up on me rather deal with the problem.DO NOT bring your Honda here.

Review: I always receive polite and complete service. Best service in the area! As a woman, I never feel taken advantage of like the Waldorf Nissan used to! Service is affordable, and they answer your questions. I don’t mind supporting mechanics who aren’t sharks. The reason for the 4 star is because the wash after the service is sloppy. Not a deal breaker!

Review: I was disappointed in service that I received the last two times I took my car in. I went in today to get my car service. I told my technician that I schedule with all of the issues I was having. I was told that I had to pay for the diagnostic to be ran on my car to see why my migration system was not working but mostly likely it was going to come back that I would have to pay for the malfunction even though I have extended warranty. I also informed them that my radio was not working properly and was told that I would need to leave my car for a couple days to see if they could find the problem. I paid for the diagnostic to be ran and I waited close to 2 hours for the results. A technician came out that was not the person I scheduled and gave me a long list of things that I needed to get done on a car that has less than 50,000 miles on. Once I said I couldn’t get all that done he got up and left and didn’t say another word to me. I brought my car from there and I had a wonderful buying experience and I thought the maintenance team would be the same but all they see is dollar signs. The extended warranty did not cover one single item that needed to be repair..
