Review: Milton, Dave and the entire crew are AMAZING! I live super close to the garage & ran a flat. They came out, put my spare on so I could get to the garage and changed all four tires and aligned them! I am so grateful for their kindness and customer service! Review: Really feel like this shop got over on me when I purchased my tires about a year ago. Im not very familiar with tire up keep & I wasn’t given proper instructions on how to do so once I purchased two separate sets of tires. Had I known, I wouldn’t have wasted $2000 worth of brand new tires, not to mention that even a warranty wasn’t offered with them! As much as a good reputation they claim to have this customer will NEVER patronize this franchise again. Seems they are only concerned about making a dollar and not the integrity of informing their clients on how to better manage their vehicles after they’ve invested in their services.I’m thankful for the new shop I visited today that actually explained the type of tires that are best for my kind of car (I even Google and he was correct!). I was also appreciative of the maintenance instructions he told me so I won’t have to experience this nightmare again. I use my car DAILY for work as a freelance and back and forth to my studio. I rely on my vehicle to make the income for me to survive, and this was an unnecessary financial situation to occur within a year span.P.S. I’m not even interested in their apology reply as I see from the rest of the reviews.
