Review: HORRIBLE!! HORRIBLE!! HORRIBLE! I ordered tires, scheduled the appointment, got there waited for 45 minutes for them to tell me they don’t have my tires. Made another appointment got there @ 9:10 said it would be an 1 1/2, 2 hours go by said they were having trouble with the lift comes back in an hour later says he can’t get my two front tires off but can do the back tires and I could leave bjs tire center go to another tire shop pay to have the lug nuts loosened and then come back. I told him to put the back tires on which has taken another 1 1/2 my husband left work to come loosen the lug nuts which he said was a waste of time it took him 30 seconds to loosen the lug nuts that the employee couldn’t get off. I am beyond furious. Just close the tire center down if you don’t have enough employees to run the company thoroughly. One guy doing all the work DOES NOT WORK. I can’t get mad at the employee because he is doing his best. What should have taken less then two hours has taken over 5hours. RIDICULOUS!! Save yourself some trouble and just pay extra money to have professionals do the job.

Review: Through a few visits over the last year, the personnel have been unprofessional and unorganized. Have repeatedly failed to notify us of changes to appointments and fail by hours on completing work. Little to no communication on appointment changes (when I called to verify things were ready as scheduled was told “we were about to call you” after giving an extra couple weeks to receive the replacement tire was told ‘we tried to call repeatedly’ but there was no record of call and definitely no voice mail) Wasting time of others appears to be their forte.You can save a few bucks but may cost you wasted trips and weeks to get work done not to mention wasted hours of your time. Perhaps you have a butler you can send to waste time to have your car tires changed but my time is too valuable to waste on the unprofessional service. I would have been better off buying the tires directly wholesale and having one of the small tire shops mount the tires or checking reviews of the other tire places for better service.

Review: BEWARE!!!! If I could give zero stars I would. I would not recommend getting tires from here at all. Made an appointment two days after purchasing online and a representative called me an hour before my appointment telling me the tires were not there. He rescheduled me for two days later and when I arrived to my appointment he told me he was afraid to call me and the tires still had not arrived. Gave them another chance and rescheduled more than a week later for them to call me 20mins before my appointment and tell me their machine is broken. No empathy, no apology no nothing. Ask for the manager they won’t come to the phone or return phone calls. I called the main corporate office.Will never recommend or deal with BJs tire center again. I got my refund scheduled with Costco and got my tires for way less and better costumer service.

Review: I ordered tires on May 18th for two day delivery. Tires not there and nobody would give a straight answer. Refund please. I went to Sam’s club and they had the tires in stocks and I paid 100 less. Bye Bj’s. 👋

Review: Avoid getting tires here at all costs. You may save a few bucks but it is so poorly run you’ll soon regret it. No one ever answers the phone. I’ve had to come back 3 times to get the same tire fixed for a leaky seal…. Once I got there for an appointment and was told they couldn’t do the work because they didn’t have the right equipment and nobody called to let me know. The next time I also had appointment and waited 2 hours for 15 min of work, then the technician forgot to balance the tire so I had to return AGAIN…. And my tire is still losing air and not fixed. Its been a fiasco and it’s ashame because years ago we had a nice experience and it was well run.
