Review: This place is absolutely amazing. They will work with you on pick up and drop off of your vehicle. You can schedule or reschedule via email. Once your vehicle is there, you can track the progress as the mechanics do their thing. You can also pay online. Front desk and mechanics are knowledgeable and friendly. If you need quality work, this is the place.

Review: Brakes felt soft while I was visiting and needed an oil change anyway so I took it in to get it checked out. Told Scott I JUST needed an oil change and to make sure my brakes were good for a 6 hour drive home the next day. Inspection came back with a whole slew of “immediate issues” including a full replacement of front and back brake pads and rotors, engine mounts, serpentine belt, cabin and air filter replacements, etc. Told him again to just do the oil change and whatever I needed to be safe on the road so I could get to my trusted mechanic back home. Ended up being charged 1800 for the front and back pads and rotors and an oil change. Come to find out my mechanic had replaced the rear brake pads and rotors last year, so that was completely unnecessary. They saw I was desperate to get back on the road and got everything they could outta me. Got back on the road to head home, and guess what? Brakes were still soft. Beware!
