Review: The customer service was excellent from the time I scheduled my repair to the time I picked my car up. The ladies at the front desk were so thorough in explaining the process. Heidy was so personable and her communication was excellent throughout the process. I was told it may take 2 weeks max and got my car back in under a week. To the team who did the physical labor on my car, THANK YOU! I will be returning for future repairs.

Review: My experience was great. My vehicle only needed some front bumper work but it was finished before the scheduled date. I had no problem with drop off or pick up. I would not only recommend this location but also go there again if I need any other work, through insurance company or not.

Review: The initial drop off until the pick up was a calming time with Caliber Collision. First interaction with staff was so easing. I didn’t think my car was going to look the same after the repairs but it looks just like I had gotten it from the dealership lot. The staff was awesome….kind, patient and entertaining.
