Review: South County Auto has been doing an outstanding job with all four of my family cars. The service is short, sweet, and to the point. I feel their prices are very reasonable and the service is professional and very reliable. I no longer use the car dealerships or any of the other franchise auto repair centers. South County are my “go to” auto mechanics. Highly recommended.

Review: Mr. John is a straight shooter. No chaser. What he quotes is what you get. When I called his shop he was honest and gracious. It was the same went I stepped into his shop! He broke down his cost of all of the products and services that will be used to get your car back on the road asap. He patiently answered all my questions. He was the consummate professional with integrity. This type of service is very hard to find these days. Thank you Mr. John. You have gained a customer for life. I will be sending referrals your way!

Review: Literally the worst mechanic I have ever been to!!!Quotes me $550 for just replacing rear breaks and oil change. Then when I go to pick you the car he states it $680!! I ask for an itemized receipt for the parts which they state cost $300 for just the back brakes !! Even Autozone doesn’t charge more than $120. They refused to give me an itemized receipt for the parts as well when I asked and said they won’t give me my car if I don’t pay the new total . DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO BE SCAMMED!! ESPECIALLY IF YOU’RE A FEMALE !!! I never write reviews but this was literally the worst experience!

Review: I want to thank South County auto repair staff for repairing my AC in my vehicle (Feb 24) but I also want to give a special S/O Mr. John. He’s a real professional, a man of his word, kind human being, spoke clearly about the issue I was facing with my AC after I left my vehicle overnight at the shop. He gave me a great quote as I was shopping around to repair my AC. I would recommend anyone to go check out South County auto repair shop and go see Mr. John, he will take care of your vehicle and give you reasonable quotes, his shop does excellent quality work. Before my truck got repaired, my AC went out on me before the summer started last year in 2023, it was miserable during the hot summer days, Mr. John ensured me that he can take care of my vehicle repair my AC at a reasonable price and not have any more worries, it feels great to have my vehicle AC working again. This took two days to repair. Thanks again South County auto repair shop and Mr. John who I highly recommend.

Review: Professional mechanics that replaced my steering rack when it was blown–after trying first to see if a cheaper repair would work. Fair prices, not pushy even when noticing one of my tires was bare to the wires, and I opted to drive off to replace the full set elsewhere. 10/10, would use again and would recommend.
