Review: I had a few complicated items that needed replacement on my Jeep. They were able to get me in quickly and completed the services a day sooner than I anticipated. Communication was prompt and informative. I’m happy to have a reliable shop that’s a short walk from my home.

Review: Not impressed. Took my Subaru outback there as my Check Engine light had come on. They charged me $180 just to run their diagnostics and tell me that I needed to take it to a main dealer for a software update. When I took it to a main dealer they showed me that the fault code had been mis-diagnosed and it needed one sensor to be changed.Problem solved, but no thanks to George’s who charged me $180 to mis-diagnose a problem and then say they couldn’t fix it!Communication was awful over the 2 days my car was in the shop. Didn’t answer the phone, didn’t call back when they said they would.
