Review: Was my tire replaced in record time? Yes, thanks to a very effective employee, it was done very quickly and well. He disposed of my old tire and even offered to throw away the embarassing mountain of garbage in my trunk.However, in spite of the excellent service, I’m going to have to find somewhere else for tire replacement. The so-called “owner” was rude on the phone when we called ahead, but was even ruder in person when we made the mistake of going inside the office to ask about prices. He went on a condescending rant about how he hires people so he doesn’t have to do any work, and then berated his employee in front of us.Then, immediately AFTER we paid, he again condescendingly began lecturing me about how I shouldn’t have gotten a new tire because apparently from one second of (unpleasant) interaction he knows more about my car than I do.As much as I want to support the employees who do great work, I’ll be damned if another red cent goes out of my wallet and into that abusive jerk’s pocket. Hopefully the poor people who work for him can find better employment soon.
