Review: The Norris Garage staff is very professional and efficient. They give you excellent customer service. The waiting area is quiet, clean and comfortable. I had to wait several hours for a water pump replacement for my 2014 Toyota, and I was able to set up and do my work, the WiFi connection was perfect. Larry and Mr. Norris were wonderful and treated me like family! I will be taking my car back to Norris Garage.

Review: Norris’ Garage accomplished a diagnostic on my vehicle, and Larry explained the results in detail, making sure I understood the results, and what each required part was needed for, which I greatly appreciated. Parts are now being sourced for my (older) vehicle, and I understand that I will be contacted when all parts have arrived, so arrangements can be made for vehicle drop-off, and repairs can begin. The process was made as painless as possible.
