Review: I’m not even sure where to start…. usually when I drive past this tire shop, I see gentlemen outside actively working or I can atleast see people inside. I called the number on the google posting just to see if they were open. Little did I know the number I was calling was to their boss that was not at the location. He politely told me that there should be someone there and to give them one second. I waiting for a few mins but still did not see anyone in the garage or coming out of the store front- so I pulled off because I had my daughter in the car and I had a client appointment to make. I couldn’t find help up the road so I turned back around to come back to Soloco Auto to see two cars in the lot now receiving help.Initially when I approached I was not treated which is never “normal” HOWEVER, I very large man with a hat (older) came out a shouted “Are you the one that called our boss and told them that nobody was here!?” I then gathered myself because I was thinking why is that the first thing you’re telling a paying customer. Then I told him, I called the business number, yes, because I didn’t see anyone outside and I have my daughter in the car- I didn’t mean any harm nor did I know I calling his boss. He proceeded to go back and forth with me until I then asked him so are you going to ask me what my issue was or are you going to keep arguing with me about your boss? He then proceeded to tell me that he wasn’t going to help me and waved his hand and left me and my daughter there with an almost flat tire.The saddest part is there was all these men their (customers too) and no one did anything to help us. They just stold there and watched. I was really hurt by my community with this one.DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE! THE OWNER IS NICE BUT THE SERVICE TERRIBLE AND I JUST WOULD’NT GO TO A BUSINESS THAT TREATS WOMEN AND CHILDREN IN A NEGLECTFUL MATTER AS SUCH.Ps. I want to add that when I called the owner back to let him know what was happening. He assured me he was sorry and that someone was going to help but no one ever did and he was again surprised when I called back as if he told them to help me but they just didn’t listen to him. He tried to make me stay there but I went to Sams Tire or something like that on Silver Hill. They were very nice- EVERYONE!DO NOT GO HERE!!!
